Data used by your account

We use your verified email to authenticate you and show orders placed with that email. You may save your name, company details, phone number and delivery address. Order records contain your purchased items, payment confirmation, delivery details and available tracking information.

Sign in with Google

If you choose Google, we request only the OpenID, email and profile scopes to verify your identity. We store your verified email and Google account identifier. We do not request Gmail, Google Drive or Calendar access. We do not retain Google access tokens or use Google user data for advertising, AI training or sale to third parties.

Email codes and cookies

Email sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored as hashes. Necessary session cookies last up to 14 days and are removed when you sign out. Temporary sign-in and OAuth cookies expire after 10 minutes. Expired server authentication records are periodically removed. Hashed email and network identifiers are used to limit sign-in attempts.

Providers and retention

The website and account records are hosted on Render. Google processes sign-in if you choose that option. Our email service sends your authentication code. Order and delivery details are shared with payment and fulfillment providers as needed to process purchases. Financial records are retained for applicable accounting requirements. Profile data is retained while your account is active or until you request deletion, subject to records we must retain.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and sign out in your account. To request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about data processing, contact savolainen.alexey@gmail.com or use our contact form. You may also contact the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings; email sign-in remains available.
